DeviceNet Micro-C Termination Resistors are essential in preventing impedance in cable ends.
They are installed between Can+ and Can-, not to ground. Once installed to the end of a Devicenet Micro-C cable, their purpose is to stop the characteristic impedance of the wire from increasing.
